Innovative Foot & Ankle: Making a New Foot & Ankle Practice Stand Tall
Innovative Foot & Ankle is a podiatric practice with a clear mission: to provide exceptional care to the Mount Dora, Lake Mary, and surrounding communities. The challenge? Taking a new practice and rebranding it in a competitive market while establishing a solid digital presence and fostering long-term relationships with patients. As the Creative Director, I worked closely with Founder and CEO Kevin Tootle to craft a strategy that would elevate the practice’s visibility and build a reputation as a trusted leader in foot and ankle care.
The Challenge
- Limited Public Awareness: The practice had to compete against established providers in a crowded market.
- Building Credibility: Gaining trust and establishing expertise with a specialized audience.
- Digital Visibility: Creating an online presence that would attract new patients.
- Budget Constraints: Achieving impactful results with a startup budget.

With these hurdles in mind, I crafted a multi-pronged strategy to tackle each challenge head-on:
- Building the Brand: We created a modern, approachable logo and branding that emphasized the practice’s commitment to high-tech, personalized care.
- Website & SEO: Designed a responsive, SEO-optimized website to enhance user experience and boost search visibility. The website featured easy contact form, patient testimonials, and blog.
- Local Marketing: To build brand awareness, we optimized the Google Business Profile, partnered with gyms and senior centers, and ran hyper-local, geo-targeted campaigns.
- Referral Partnerships: Collaborated with primary care physicians and physical therapists to generate referrals.


Results & Impact
- Brand Recognition: Increased 100% due to cohesive branding and a consistent message across platforms.
- Website Traffic: Achieved a 45% increase in monthly traffic within just six months.
- Patient Inquiries: Campaign drove 75 new patient inquiries, converting 40% of them into appointments.
